Hello, this is Sean - I'm the Community Manager at Box.net. Just as FYI to readers, the video shows our web-based iPhone app, which was released a while ago. However, we recently released a native iPhone app that is now available from the iTunes app store at:
http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/...
This truly native iPhone app lets users view files they have stored on Box.net (including all file types supported by the iPhone, like Office files, PDFs, photos, audio and video), and it also lets users share individual files or entire folders of files with any of their iPhone contacts. It also lets users monitor updates to their accounts, such as files or folders added by you or people contributing and collaborating with you on your Box.net account.

Hello, this is Sean at Box.net. I just wanted to mention that Box.net has full integration with Zoho and ThinkFree, allowing users to open and edit Office files like Word, Excel and PowerPoint within the browser.

Oh, cool. Yup, looks like Zoho is possible through both those methods - thanks for heads up!

Hey, this is Sean over at Box.net. I'm glad you like what you see so far in the new Dell netbook. I hope you take advantage of Box's free 2 GB of online storage. I think you'll like what you see in terms of the sharing and collaboration tools in our service, as well as the broad range of web-based applications in which you'll be able to access files stored on Box.net directly. Let us know if you have any questions!

This is Sean at Box.net. Great post - Zoho's become even better now that you can use .docx files and edit PowerPoint files with Zoho right inside your web browser. For users that store files on Box.net, it makes it even easier to store, edit, share and collaborate on PowerPoint and other Office files without ever leaving the browser.

Thanks for the link, Sean. I mostly stay away from online file hosting solutions simply because my corporate firewall blocks them. Maybe I can give Box a try for some personal projects on the weekends.
