BMI measurements are notoriously incorrect in anyone who does not fit the "average" body type. If you are tall or very muscular (like say an American football player) BMI will calculate as obese.

It's always amazed me that so many people allow new technologies to dictate their actions instead of the other way.

Twitter/cell phones/smart phones are tools, not necessities. I always pays to remember that.
