The little future convicts should be tried as adults, I mean they want to act like adults and hold a gun up to a kid and want to fight and not go home and play video games and do things that kids should be doing. These kids wouldnt stand a chance with out the gun- what would you do if someone pulled out a gun and wanted a fight I would let someone beat me up to. Weather or not this is a school problem it started there and it should of gotten taken care of there and then the law should step in as well. Send these kids to adult jail they did an adult crime! Oh yeah tell them to put on some huggies they'd pee if they knew where they should end up!

I believe that Mike Rodrigues is not guilty. This just sounds like a ploy from his wife and she got all her girlfriends helping her out saying Mike did something I don't think he did. I had spoken to her before and all she did was complain about her marriage. This is just a case of who can ruin who and she is trying her hardest in doing just that. She needs to grow up for her childrens sake and tell the truth (as well as everyone else who is helping her) and get on with your lives. Start acting responsibly and stop acting like a child. I have know Mike for years and I believe all of this is bull and should not have happened. From what I have read in this paper there is no evidence that anything was done except for hear-say. There is no evidence to prove anything happened, so why has this gone on so long except for the county trying to prove something by all of this. The DA office always had to try to show something when it came to certain people and look what they are doing now. Ruining someones life even though no evidence is in hand is harsh if you ask me. How is anyone suppose to trust the SO, PD, DA or anyone in this county if they do this to someone even though there is no evidence. There were a couple of officers who lied consistently when they worked there (now retired) but Mike never lied to me or anyone I knew. This is just on big witch hunt and the SO and DA are the idiots in this whole thing! This need to stop before the really person in this case gets hurt anymore, MIKE RODRIGUES.
