I guess you should try to learn as much as you can, although you dislike your work right now. Maybe the peak period will be over soon?

Dickson Actually we don't really have a peak period. It can only be differentiate into High or Average volume.
Recently, it's been Average volume but our manpower is low...
But the main reason of my sian-ness is about the whole culture and environment rather than workload...
