hi miguel, thanks for dropping by this website and commenting! yes, this article was build on that verse! I was putting a little bit of emphasis on this verse because i want to point out that having dreams and visions, especially those that are from GOD, can really change and transform our lives.:)

Yea.. haha!! i still remember those days. THose humble beginnings, writing german all over the whiteboard, trying to impress the girls in our class:P ...Anyway, I was actually immediately brought to your point about being daring to pursue in what we believe.

I remember pastor always talking about "We set our targets, and God will direct our paths". It is so true because its only people with dreams and visions are proven to be more successful than people without them. Having dreams and visions doesnt mean that one doesnt fail, but doing all it takes to reach that goal of his/her. :)

I believe in dreams. I do.. That is why i am telling everyone to hold on to it. You never know when it will come to pass. However there is one thing you know. It will definitely come to pass.

Yes, it is a little sad to see our childhood dreams go down the drain. It is however possible to revive them:) they are after all not really buried into the ground. I have a dream of changing the world, and it has been my childhood dream to do something like that. I will see that dream come to pass:)

@shilpan - Thanks for commenting! Yes, actually while i was writing this post, i remember asking children about who they want to be. It is amazing what they want to be when they grow up. Sadly, those dreams were drown away as the days goes by. haha and yes, dreams without faith really do die a horrible death.

Wow, my defining moment.. hmm, lets see..

My biggest defining moment yet is right now, as in my life in Germany. Before i come to Germany, i have no idea (oh well, lets say, not enough to start a conversation) German and of course, i was really afraid that i spend too much money. Besides, i am not on any scholarship or whatsoever. All i have with me is only some allowance from my parents and of course, GOD. Life in Germany is really about stepping out of the comfort zone, about leaving the people you love the most, leaving what you like to do.

GOD challenged me one evening to really try and "earn money" while studying. I mean, i really do not feel very happy spending my dad's money just because i am studying over here in Germany. That was where my focus was on GOD's provision, which of course in this case is the scholarship. My results changed from just normal B's and C's to A's. If i maintain my grades, I will be getting my scholarship this coming October. :)

jeremiah, wow a very very well written post you have there. i was touched and captivated by the passage that you have written, because i truely agree that out of GOD's love comes delight. I could still remember that days when i was a helper back there in cell group. It was a duty, but because i love GOD and i love His house, i love to serve my members.:)

@Monting - Yes! You are right! Tithe is all about trusting GOD in your finances and GOD will definitely bless you back:) Paying of Vows is something more than just tithe:) it is putting A demand on the seed that you are giving unto GOD.

@Daniel: haha yea.. I just paid my vow yesterday for something big in my life. in fact, that vow costs me something very big... haha
