"...unpleasant emotions are more likely to lead to mood contagion than are pleasant emotions." Get the Nay-Saying, mood-altering, viral individual O*U*T - before the contagion spreads and affects morale with a Group Dynamic force.

But what if "you" are on the receiving end of the termination? Absolutely be outraged, whine and complain, disrespect your Company? No no no! Simply take it as a Life Lesson Learned. Learn, grow, adjust and become all the more better for it.

I like how you put it, Max: Never be content to "breed mediocrity. Because it's cathartic to vent. Because an inspirational quote isn't the same if we cannot use it to inspire someone else. Because what your dog did...really was FUNNY.

I think you nailed it when you said, "...simply be yourself, find your group (niche) and offer something of great value to your friends." People can smell "commission breathe" a mile away. Share from your heart and you reveal who you are.

That "who you are" part goes a long, long way towards building a trusting relationship with your clients and/or potential customers...and you have fun along the way.

Well written.

Laurel LaFlamme’s last blog post..Is Charleston a Hub of Intellectual Capital?

Re: Facebook Friends: Thank YOU For Friending Me On Facebook… Here’s My Facebook Welcome Video!

Hi, Nicholas. That was a great video. Very sweet of you to make a personal "hello" for everyone and let us know about your business.

You nailed it when you talked about "being stuck behind a computer all day." That's why I enjoy FB so much. It allows me to reach out and meet local neighbors, and those abroad, without even leaving my desk. (Oh, and the games, love the games).
