I think part of it may be using video media such as seesmic and others to build a transparent conversation with enterprise users and customers so that that transparency translates into enterprise customers feelign that their concerns about security and etc are in fact held in high esteem and concern.

Re: Do You Ever Want To Temporarily Unfollow On Twitter?

Let me guess is it the same person mentioned as commenting on twittersnooze's disadvantages? :)

Re: Comments Can Be Blog Posts

Fred,(always did like that as a first name:)) it sounds like you have a VC/Angel funding/Seed capital idea. if services Disqus, Seesmic, and etc are Web 2.0 enabled via api it could be done as a CMs/blog mashup platform.. Use say something like Ruby on Rails combined with datastore APIs instead of database servers and you could have it up and running in 4 months.

Re: 100 Mowserized Sites! - RussellBeattie.com

Sorry Russ have been busy with 18 hour days at start up will mowser my weblog soon..

Re: Obscure mobile company Mig33 grows quickly, raises $10M

Matt, your comparison to US is flawed..

The highest CDMA amount of users is in US on percentage basis of US whole..

Compared to Sia wheras its GSM dominant..

CDMA operators are walled gardens not GSM Operators!

get your facts straight before mouthing off PLEASE!

And SMS invitation to install does not get around operator requirements you nitt witt!

Re: ShareMe -The Mobile Future : Weblog

Jacky its very nicely balanced between those who will use the User Interface and those who will embed the search url post/get in their IDEs via other web interfaces.

Re: Robert Scoble’s $45 Billion Website

he also has another one..someone offered a bet on one of Scoble's fb assumptions.. if Scoble looses he ha sot lip synch and Video tape it..

Scoble seems to be ducking and hiding form that bet..I wonder why?

Re: 2008/05/08/add-ons-firefox-3-beta/

You forgot the Mahalo.com Now imagine being able to with that Widget to integrate with device functions such as the camera...Now imagine being able to create that Wdiget with just html, css, and javascript :)

Actually its a re-application of concepts in the Yahoo Go version 1.x design except done in a correct manner this time instead of goofed up. Given the large difference in perfromance of Yahoo Go(1.x good, 2.x dismal), you would think Yahoo INC might wise up a little.

Yahoo INC secreter sauce inthe Yahoo Go rewrite woud be in as far as a mobile ajax runtiem to insert mobiel ads based on the mobile user experience and those ads and revenue would be independent of the search engine performance.

I can say given the polical blocking that the Connected Life Division of Yaho Inc does concerning any solution that uses tools, libraries and etc form foss and open source that Yahoo INC will do exactly nothing unfortunately..

Fred Grott
Mobile Expert
http://www.jrolelr.com/sharme

Re: Google Android: we want developers but…

I guess I should clue some in that Google does have sort of a competitor fast approaching..

Just imagine a Mobile ajax runtime that allows the Mobile User to create Mobile widgets using html, css, and javascfipt its called MobileY! and currently is development in far away lab

ipHone succeed because it went after Mobile Users..

Another term for MobileY! is a Social Mobile Browser for every mobile user..

I am taking a huge risk here in getting into trouble with my top bosses..

Lets just say I am kicking Purple Dinosaurs through the SF49ers Uprights..

Videos for Mobile Users Coming soon :)

Re: BugLabs.net’s really cool reconfigurable gadget in depth

Thanks Scoble. From one of the experts in J2me both MIDP CCLDC and CDC it is nice that the transition form J2ME MIDP to J2ME CDC is getting an engaging and understandable presentation.

despite some people getting it wrong it is in fact J2me, the future side ie CDC not MIDP. Android is showing the same basic exponential growth curve of iPhone in all areas.

And Robert if you are going to trout out Neil at least tell a little interenet history that Neil was involved in..he probably still has Kai Krause's Synthesizers..:)

Re: Welcome to Black January: Microsoft, Intel, IBM and others lay off tons

Yes Robert I have an idea,

Many potential start ups have changed their tech implementations to require less seed capital.

While at the same time tech firms have laid off full time employees but often still have the need to have certain part time projects competed that require tech skills.

Why not exchange those project needs for an exchange in seed capital and the tech firm exchanging seed capital for project work being completed also gets stock in the potential start up?

You avpoid setting it up as a fund and thus keep it at high tech speed instead forming it as an ad-hoc arrangement or start up new VC social network..

My Biases: I am one of those potential startups that changed my tech implementation to be lower in dev costs and also seeking seed capital currently. My mobile app uses new hybrid mobile dev technology that relies upon web code base to make web app behave like a native mobile app using javascript to access GPS and etc. Yes, iPhone, Android, And Palm Pre stuff. why seed capital? To pay for several months dev so that I can present full demo to Fred Wilson, he already said yes to viewing it..

Re: Why Yahoo’s announcement today won’t get as much hype as Google’s

Again Robert you miss the Android connection..even Europe Mobile Industry Pubs have noticed the Android connection..

The Android Connection is this..what is the easiest way to convince say Verizon or AT&T Mobility to deploy Android handsets?
