ive known people who have down various types of cleanses and have much better, physically and mentally. but please, if you begin to feel dizzy or lightheaded- eat something! or add bit of salt to your water! these cleanses tend to be very low in sodium and tell you to drink gallons of water- you can get very sick (i.e. brain damage, death) when you dont ingest enough salt AND drink loads of water. its called water intoxification if you want to check it out. i dont want to be a negative nancy, as these cases are very rare- just wanted to make sure your know about the possibility. ive been wanting to do one myself, but never have enough time off. maybe ll just have to take the plunge. keep me posted on how you do :)

Re: sorting out christmas lights

expectations are a necessary evil. what, i think, is more important is being able to clearly communicate what those expectations or needs are to the people you need them from. often we get hurt because someone didnt do what we needed them to do, but they couldnt read our mind, so how would they know. well, if they were right for us and loved us as we loved them then they would just know, right! no. they were thinking of something else. or maybe they were thinking of us, but we wanted something different this time around. people want to feel secure and they want to know what they should do - like children, but not in a bad way - so if we are more clear- ie. if you did the dishes when ive been really busy then ill know you love me, etc. etc. , then our relationships would be happier and more fulfilling. i dunno, i just read this self help book, the four agreements, and it was fantastic and it dealt a lot with simple communication and not making assumptions. because im always like, well if i have to ask you to do something or ask for what i need then you just dont understand and so im going to suffer quietly and be really passive aggressive and unhappy. and that sucks. so im learning to just ask.

Re: 30 answers

oooh. i wanna do it !!!!

Re: containment issues

unless you want #2 and #4 separate, it sounds like you should just make 2 separate websites, one for technical things and one for happy/sappy/sad things with a link to a more social page. and just put the work into building them.<br>but then you wouldnt be able to complain about them :) which is ultimately more fun and usually the turn my life takes.....

Re: a flava pick me up

im so sad. i totally forgot about DITL.... ugh, but i cant wipe my memory card till i get that external harddrive.... so it sorta works out- again in 2 weeks, right?

Re: Cherry Pumpkin Cookies

dude. she is gorgeous!
