I am not sure how such a show ended up on a gaming channel, but whatever. I have seen the show many times and people spy on their mates and I believe if you have reason to suspect that something is going on, then I do not imagine it is a bad thing to dabble around a bit. At least if you find out there is nothing going on, then your mind can be put to rest and maybe even the relationship will get stronger as you realize there is no infidelity. In the same token, I guess you gotta be careful when it comes down to that spying as you may not be ready to face the truth. As Nick Cannon would say in one of his "Wild 'N' Out" skits: Gotcha B_tch!!!

marcuslangford.blogspot.com

Re: For Him 4/15/05…

Relationships...can't live with 'em and can't live without 'em. I have a lovely girlfriend now and she will most likely become my next wife. My ex-wife and have a great relationship. Every since our divorce back in '03, we have maintained a very peaceful relationship despite our marriage not working out. I think in both our cases, we both just bowed out gracefully with no regrets and that makes it easy for us to be friends today. Only her and one other ex-girlfriend was I able to remain friends with, because just like you, we have all moved on with our lives, but still love, care, and respect each other greatly.

And that is very lovely poem...great talent!

'Mind Of Marcus' BlogSpot
Subscribe to 'Mind of Marcus'
The Mind For Revolution Is Here

Re: The Beauty of Sistas

Wheeeweee! I love me a black woman. No woman on earth is as sexy and/or strong as a black woman. My girlfriend is black and is the finest woman I have laid eyes on. She is 6'-0" with vicious body curvature; she makes my mouth water when looking at her from across the room. Her mind and her intellect just turn me on so much. When I am next to her and smell and feel her smooth skin...mmmm...it just does something to this brotha. She is mother to a darling little girl and will be the mother of our children and I am happy to know that such a strong woman will help me raise a family. I simply love, adore, respect my black woman and worship the ground that she walks on. That may sound like some poetry, but it's not, it's just how I feel about my Jasmine Bree.

Marcus
www.MarcusLangford.com
Subscribe to 'Mind of Marcus'
The Mind For Revolution Is Here

Re: Questions

Very much an interesting 21 sis. But...um...the 'Good Times' really stood out. 'Good Times' is one of my all-time favorite shows; I watch it throughout the week. However, and in my humble opinion, the worst episodes of Good Times were when James died because the show started to lose its fire from that point on out. I mean, the episodes following James' death were good, but Good Times was Good Times because of James. James made the episodes funny. Damn! Damn! Damn!

www.MarcusLangford.com
Subscribe to 'Mind of Marcus'
The Mind For Revolution Is Here

Re: My 10 Favorite Basketball Players

Out of that entire list, Micheal Jordan simply reigns supreme; he IS basketball. All of these other cats comin' into the league now, they are good, but a Michael Jordan they will never be. And from a business standpoint, the only other person on that list that can compete with Mike, is the great Irvin 'Magic' Johnson. I am definitely a fan of Magic as well.

www.MarcusLangford.com
Subscribe to 'Mind of Marcus'
The Mind For Revolution Is Here

Re: Phenomenal Woman

I absolutely love this poem. I am not a fan of Nas and though I like Biggie, I was never a true fan; he was a great storyteller though. Pac's two greatest song were 'I Wonder If Heaven's Got A Ghetto' and 'I Ain't Madatcha'; other than that, I was not a Pac fan either. I like the 'Roots' too, but not a die-hard fan, but I do have one of their CD's. Fugees as a group I did not care for, but Lauryn Hill's first solo album is beautiful.

www.MarcusLangford.com
Subscribe to 'Mind of Marcus'
The Mind For Revolution Is Here

Re: Losing Mom…

The news about Kanye's mom is STILL hard to absorb. Life is so short and it is so unfortunate to hear of a lost of such a great black woman-a great woman period! I do not have the best relationship with my mom either. Things with my mom and dad are just not the same as they used to be when I was younger and under their rule. But I obviously still love my parents very much; without them, there is no me for that I love them even more.

I should make it my aim to get past my differences with mom and dad and tell them how much they mean to me before it is too late. I can only hope they are thinking the same when it comes to me.

www.MarcusLangford.com
Subscribe to 'Mind of Marcus'
The Mind For Revolution Is Here

Re: The Questions

21—i love eve's new hairdo. she should have been rockin' this a long time ago.

20—i agree. our justice system really does a good job at keepin' white folks outta jail...that's real talk.

18—no matter how he does it, the fact is that shaq is getting old and can not perform like he could years ago. and he is dealing with his wife's separation from him. as a divorced man, i know how that can wear on you.

16—i use the word nigga all the time...so what!?

15—nike shox, gadgets, more gadgets.

14—being around my family.

13—she is a strong sistah. i wish her to have a successful recovery.

12—get over it. you are three beautiful successful black women; who cares what bloggers think!?

11—i listen to steve harvey, but russ parr and donnie simpson are my first and second choices overall.

10—orange county choppers makes a bomb cologne.

9—i don't celebrate christmas. i buy and give gifts whenever i feel like it.

8—i love me some oprah; she is the queen!

7—he really is. cash money is not what it used to be and think wayne is on drugs.

6—haven't read it and don't care because neither of these guys are artists that i like.

5—we aren't gonna have a woman in office and we sure as heck ain't gonna have nigga (oops)-a black man in there either. al gore is lookin' really good to white folks right now.

4—diddy needs to shut the f_ck up. that nigga (oops)-that fool ain't a politician. he is a hardly a good artist manager and he can not keep his hands off of folks to save his life.

3—classic movie. (if you anyone reading this bought the iphone, i am sorry if i offended you, but you'll have to get over it because you still got GOT)

19-taking her medals and earnings will teach her to play "fair". i feel bad for her, but at the same time she has to learn the lessons of cheating.

18-no news blogs for me. most of the blogs i browse by are whack and lack good content, but 'o hell nawl' is a great blog. of course you now know what craziness goes on over there sis...lol. and thanks for the shout-out *wink*

17-i saw 'american gangster' twice in theaters and over thanksgiving my cousin had a bootleg version of it and it was HORRIBLE! i feel like just about everyone in my family prefers bootlegs over real dvd's. i really need people to stop bootleggin' and come up off that money and see good movies in theaters or on quality dvd's.

16-lust is definitely my strongest vice. my girlfriend jasmine is to blame for this...lol. my second strongest vice would be vanity because every pair of nike shox i buy has to match the outfit i am wearing; i take pride in all of my shox color combinations.

15-debra lee is wack! it does not always pay to sleep with the boss.

14-beverly hills cop I and II

13-this one is wack-_ss show. i watch half of the very first episode and it didn't laugh at all. ty-per needs to stick to the big screen.

12-i am staying away from that video! i saw how it messed up ol' boy from 'o hell nawl'...his reaction was priceless!

11-i don't have any.

10-yeah, i can see why you would be upset. just about every holiday was commercially created by some white man when you think about it; they always find a way to hustle off of consumer ignorance and miss the point of the holiday. personally i could give a d_mn about some pilgrims and their take over of the indians; who wants to celebrate that! i do agree with you and i believe that thanksgiving can be used to spend quality time with the family and that is where the thanks lies.

09-i am a capricorn.

08-i have not seen this movie, but my girlfriend saw it twice and speaks very highly of it.

07-this n_gga! i wouldn't give that n_gga air if he was trapped in a jar. people never think about the fact that every concert ticket they buy, every cd or album they purchase, every poster is plastered on their wall, and every mp3/itune download, they are paying for that house where he performs all of his lude acts on those under age girls. i simply can not and will not support this. if i had a 14-year old daughter and i found out r. kelly was foolin' with her, he wouldn't be safe in a bear ass when i came after him.

06-r. kelly is more than a b_tch than a b_tch for this!

05-i ain't mad at robin. white boys are coming appreciate the sistahs and i ain't hatin' on that...you gotta love the black woman!

04-ever watched BET's "hell date"!? A black boy that is raised in the suburbs is less likely to be murdered by another black than if he were in the city. Also, a black boy that grows up in a stable household of two parents or even one, is less likely to go out there and murder another black man. As someone that has grown up in the country, lived in the city, and lives in the suburbs, there is a huge difference in how black boys are raised in each area.

www.MarcusLangford.com
Subscribe to 'Mind of Marcus'
The Mind For Revolution Is Here
In conjunction w/ DrewryOnline.net

Re: Friday Freestyle

Jay-Z is clearly not fit to be the president of Def Jam; he is still an artist himself. For all of that, he could have just stayed doing his work with Rocafella Records. I like the Jigga Man too, but I really think he should give up that Def Jam gig. I am not much of a T-Pain fan either and you can see from my comment on Dark Brotha's post, I was really annoyed by the fact that ol' boy in the video wanted to show people how to sound like T-Pain; his sound will soon be played out and even more irritating by next year. And yes, I am tired of seeing Beyonce' as well. I think she is perhaps one of THE most overrated artist out there. I personally don't think she can really sing and all of her dancing is choreographed. The only thing she is is a pretty face and nice body...at least that is how I see it. Kanye did do it real big on his latest effort. Obama should be able to lead the people because he is qualified to do so and not because he is in the deep pockets of Oprah; I think it is pretty insulting to the people especially those in the black community seen as many of them are not a fan of Oprah anyway.

20-I think this a complex that white folks have. Not to sound racist, but when was the last time you read, heard, or seen a negro committ a mass murder because they are dissatisfied with their life!?

19-I too took French in school. Chances are, I will wait until next month to go and see it with my girlfriend when I am out in Oklahoma visiting her.

The whole steroids in baseball thing is really irritating me. There are drugs in all sports, so let it go! As a competitive bodybuilder and a loyal fan to this 'cult' sport, I am very familiar with the use and abuse of anabolic steroids; I have been on the receiving end of the needle before and I can admit that. Athletes from all sports are expected to perform at a certain level each and every game, tournament, race, and competition; taking performance-enhancing drugs helps them to reach this level. This is what the 'people' want! It is all a conspiracy, because the government really knows what's up; they ain't brand new on this subject. The better an athlete performs, the more people will pay to watch that athlete perform and the more money they pay, the better it is for everybody! They know this, so they will press the issue, but they ain't gonna do sh_t because they realize that it will hurt the economy; sports is just too big! But they really need to stop! Focus on finding that n_gga Bin Laden and leave Barry Bonds alone. Free Michael Vick too! LOL.

I like Kanye; he is talented and even though I am not his biggest fan, anyone is better than those bammas Bow-Wow/Omarion, Soulja Boy, Weezie and the rest of this bammafied bumble gum artist!

Kudos to AKeys for snaggin' this role; I am sure she will portray Ms. Horne very well and Alicia is not a bad actress. If this same white man had run-in's with the law, a repetitive sexual offender, and a drug-user [not to say that Mr. Bell was this type of man], then I am sure he would've been gunned as well. But who's to really say? I can not be convinced that this was a matter of racism as there were black officers that did some of the shooting, but I am convinced that this shooting was a product of stereo-typing on a number of levels. Beyond that, it was a poor decision on the part of the officers and an even poorer decision on the part of the judicial which can never truly be trusted to bring forth justice in their own right.

Re: Wordless Wednesday: TheSportsChick

I always find these avatars to be so cute  .

Re: Old School Friday: Announcement!

Um...thanks for stealin' my theme idea and not givin' me any credit for it.
