I do watch 'Cheaters' every now and then; for some reason it is on the 'G4' channel for Comcast network. I am not sure how such a show ended up on a gaming channel, but whatever. I have seen the show many times and people spy on their mates and I believe if you have reason to suspect that something is going on, then I do not imagine it is a bad thing to dabble around a bit. At least if you find out there is nothing going on, then your mind can be put to rest and maybe even the relationship will get stronger as you realize there is no infidelity. In the same token, I guess you gotta be careful when it comes down to that spying as you may not be ready to face the truth. As Nick Cannon would say in one of his "Wild 'N' Out" skits: Gotcha B_tch!!!

Relationships...can't live with 'em and can't live without 'em. I have a lovely girlfriend now and she will most likely become my next wife. My ex-wife and have a great relationship. Every since our divorce back in '03, we have maintained a very peaceful relationship despite our marriage not working out. I think in both our cases, we both just bowed out gracefully with no regrets and that makes it easy for us to be friends today. Only her and one other ex-girlfriend was I able to remain friends with, because just like you, we have all moved on with our lives, but still love, care, and respect each other greatly.

And that is very lovely poem...great talent!

Wheeeweee! I love me a black woman. No woman on earth is as sexy and/or strong as a black woman. My girlfriend is black and is the finest woman I have laid eyes on. She is 6'-0" with vicious body curvature; she makes my mouth water when looking at her from across the room. Her mind and her intellect just turn me on so much. When I am next to her and smell and feel her smooth skin...mmmm...it just does something to this brotha. She is mother to a darling little girl and will be the mother of our children and I am happy to know that such a strong woman will help me raise a family. I simply love, adore, respect my black woman and worship the ground that she walks on. That may sound like some poetry, but it's not, it's just how I feel about my Jasmine Bree.

Very much an interesting 21 sis. But...um...the 'Good Times' really stood out. 'Good Times' is one of my all-time favorite shows; I watch it throughout the week. However, and in my humble opinion, the worst episodes of Good Times were when James died because the show started to lose its fire from that point on out. I mean, the episodes following James' death were good, but Good Times was Good Times because of James. James made the episodes funny. Damn! Damn! Damn!

The other albums I can not comment on because I have never heard them. I am not a fan of Nas and though I like Biggie, I was never a true fan; he was a great storyteller though. Pac's two greatest song were 'I Wonder If Heaven's Got A Ghetto' and 'I Ain't Madatcha'; other than that, I was not a Pac fan either. I like the 'Roots' too, but not a die-hard fan, but I do have one of their CD's. Fugees as a group I did not care for, but Lauryn Hill's first solo album is beautiful.

The news about Kanye's mom is STILL hard to absorb. Life is so short and it is so unfortunate to hear of a lost of such a great black woman-a great woman period! I do not have the best relationship with my mom either. Things with my mom and dad are just not the same as they used to be when I was younger and under their rule. But I obviously still love my parents very much; without them, there is no me for that I love them even more.

I should make it my aim to get past my differences with mom and dad and tell them how much they mean to me before it is too late. I can only hope they are thinking the same when it comes to me.

you got these coked out, drunken a__ white b_tches running down folks down folks in the street and all they do is go to court, cry a little bit, and all they gotta do is pick up trash for a few hours for few saturday in a row. f_ck that sh_t! black people are tired of seeing our own get punished over some petty bullsh_t like some godd_mn dogs!

I guess I would have to add it all up to environment and rearing. A black boy that is raised in the suburbs is less likely to be murdered by another black than if he were in the city. Also, a black boy that grows up in a stable household of two parents or even one, is less likely to go out there and murder another black man. As someone that has grown up in the country, lived in the city, and lives in the suburbs, there is a huge difference in how black boys are raised in each area.

Jay-Z is clearly not fit to be the president of Def Jam; he is still an artist himself. For all of that, he could have just stayed doing his work with Rocafella Records. I like the Jigga Man too, but I really think he should give up that Def Jam gig. I am not much of a T-Pain fan either and you can see from my comment on Dark Brotha's post, I was really annoyed by the fact that ol' boy in the video wanted to show people how to sound like T-Pain; his sound will soon be played out and even more irritating by next year. And yes, I am tired of seeing Beyonce' as well. I think she is perhaps one of THE most overrated artist out there. I personally don't think she can really sing and all of her dancing is choreographed. The only thing she is is a pretty face and nice body...at least that is how I see it. Kanye did do it real big on his latest effort. Big ups to Kanyeezee!

21-I believe it is a hindrance. Obama should be able to lead the people because he is qualified to do so and not because he is in the deep pockets of Oprah; I think it is pretty insulting to the people especially those in the black community seen as many of them are not a fan of Oprah anyway.

20-I think this a complex that white folks have. Not to sound racist, but when was the last time you read, heard, or seen a negro committ a mass murder because they are dissatisfied with their life!?

19-I too took French in school. I flunked French III the whole school year; that killed my grade point average and I had to work my butt off senior year to get it back in check.

18-I can not really answer this because there are so many people that could be put on the list.

17-I didn't even know Steve Harvey was in the process of a divorce. The divorcing among blacks is becoming a sad epidemic.

16-I can not judge anyone. People need to make money and people need to work, so why not work for Imus. As long as he is not around there poppin' off about nappy-headed hoes and whatnot, he is cool.

15-The DC area is looking at a high of 58 tomorrow with some rain showers.

I am looking forward to seeing 'I Am Legend' as well. Chances are, I will wait until next month to go and see it with my girlfriend when I am out in Oklahoma visiting her.

The whole steroids in baseball thing is really irritating me. There are drugs in all sports, so let it go! As a competitive bodybuilder and a loyal fan to this 'cult' sport, I am very familiar with the use and abuse of anabolic steroids; I have been on the receiving end of the needle before and I can admit that. Athletes from all sports are expected to perform at a certain level each and every game, tournament, race, and competition; taking performance-enhancing drugs helps them to reach this level. This is what the 'people' want! It is all a conspiracy, because the government really knows what's up; they ain't brand new on this subject. The better an athlete performs, the more people will pay to watch that athlete perform and the more money they pay, the better it is for everybody! They know this, so they will press the issue, but they ain't gonna do sh_t because they realize that it will hurt the economy; sports is just too big! But they really need to stop! Focus on finding that n_gga Bin Laden and leave Barry Bonds alone. Free Michael Vick too! LOL.

I like Kanye; he is talented and even though I am not his biggest fan, anyone is better than those bammas Bow-Wow/Omarion, Soulja Boy, Weezie and the rest of this bammafied bumble gum artist!

Kudos to AKeys for snaggin' this role; I am sure she will portray Ms. Horne very well and Alicia is not a bad actress. Ever seen 'Smokin' Aces'!?...tall and thick...she was hot as fish grease in that movie!

Well that really depends on what type of record that white man carried around with him. If this same white man had run-in's with the law, a repetitive sexual offender, and a drug-user [not to say that Mr. Bell was this type of man], then I am sure he would've been gunned as well. But who's to really say? I can not be convinced that this was a matter of racism as there were black officers that did some of the shooting, but I am convinced that this shooting was a product of stereo-typing on a number of levels. Beyond that, it was a poor decision on the part of the officers and an even poorer decision on the part of the judicial which can never truly be trusted to bring forth justice in their own right.

I loved 'Iron Man'; I have seen it twice already. To me, it has been the best movie of 2008 thus far. Beyond that, 'Iron Man' is an incredible comic book-adapted movie and Downey Jr. played the heck outta Tony Stark.

He is an associate of my mentor/business partner. This news shook me to the core because it seems like I just saw him. this is a great post. i say that because i am just now starting to learn what a true friend is. for some time i called people my friend when they were not. over the past several weeks, i have been going through my cell-phone deleting names of former "friends". i have been doing this also with my e-mail listings as well as my instant messenger services; people just aren't what they used to be, so why do i want them in my life?

when i think about it, i have only a few people that i can really call friends and everyone else are associates-people that are cool to hang with every now and then or i don't have to speak to them on a regular basis.

i consider myself to be a good friend and my true friends would say this. i would do anything to help a friend in need and at times, i have become friends with someone because i helped them out when their "friends" did not. i am a man of my word which is how i earn and keep the respect of my peers, because respect is more valuable than money if you ask me.

at nearly 30-years old, i can no longer have myself surrounded by folks that do not have my best interests at hand or are not willing to be a friend to me. the older i get, the more a realize that the word friend should not be taken lightly.

Ya know, 'The Jefferson's' was one of my least favorite "black" shows. I love 'Good Times' and 'Sanford and Son' though and you can best believe that when a marathon is running of either of those two shows, then I am on it :-)

My mom used to watch both shows, but 'Dallas' had the better theme music. Aaron Spelling was a media beast back in the 80's and 90's.

I read his letter to his girls and it was endearing to say the least. His daughters may not know the significance now, but one day it will dawn on them that their father became the first African-American president of the US of A-geez what an honor is that!?

I saw Tuesday's episode of 'American Idol' and some of Wednesday's. Obvious the most memorable moment was the chick with the bikini that had sterling vocals-Paula and the girl judge was trying to hate on her....women (lol).

the new altima is beautiful. they took an already cool looking car (the last model year of course) and made it even more appealing for buyers.

jesus christ man! this is truly amazing. this is the not the first time i heard about this purchase, but to even fathom dropping that kind of money on a plain is insane! and i am thinking about this air tank-god d_mn, how big do you really need a plane to be!?

i am definitely not hatin' on the prince though. if you got it, do what you want.
