you can always ask what the average is. I remember them telling me our baby got an 8 and then a 9 and said they were surprised, they said babies never get 10s at that hospital, so...the nurses will know.

and here i agree with noodad. why should they get paid for a picture you could easily take yourself? santa is there to listen to what the kids want--in the holiday spirit, if you cant act like santa, dont take the job! santa doesnt need money, he lives on fairy dust, or something.

I think the answer for #2 should be E all of the above. everyone is selfish sometimes and feels bad for themselves, but i would hope that eventually they'd feel bad for the kid, the parent and of course the flight attendant and anyone else on the plane, because, come on, a crying baby in an enclosed space is hell. hell a crying baby that really wont be soothed is hell in an open space. poor things.

we use the 'that scrape/bruise/blood' is SO COOL with the nieces and nephews. you'd be amazed as to what a difference it makes versus freaking out. i even used it on a kid in my old neighborhood (when the dad was obviously beside himself as to what to do) when he had fallen off of his bike, and he SO was not going to let a girl be tougher than he was (showing him my big scar from falling off of my bike when i was little)..and he got up and got right back on.

renters insurance is always a good idea. its really cheap too

meh. its just nice to have something away from your anniversary and a way to have a good reason to have sex. lets face is, america is way undersexed compared to other places in the world, that's because we're overworked and we're all so polluted with it on tv and in the media that we're confused as to what a real relationship is supposed to be like... there's nothing wrong with being single, or hating vday because of it, i did when i was single too! and my hubby always wears his wedding ring. my dad never did though.. still can't figure that one out.

i hate that, and you shouldnt have to put up with it. i say call whomever. let them know what's going on...

i agree with Julie, how are you fat if you dont eat very many calories a day, plus how can you eat a lot fewer than they say and complain about it? wha? i'm totally confused.

i dont know anything about being Wiccan, but i hope you aren't persecuted. That just sucks. :-) Cheer up, feel better. I spent most of the day battling the damn negative temps here, all the fronts moving around gave me a wicked headache for the better part of the day. I spent 2 hours on the couch half snoring and waking myself up so i wouldnt snore and annoy my husband, who sat quietly looking up truck stuff on the internet 5 feet away the entire time. Finally got rid of the headache.. I can empathize. :-( feel better, k?

good luck with that, if you can't stop regular soda, you could switch to diet. i swear i lost 10 lbs that way. i am glad you are considering exercise and not just starvation as a way to do it!

also if you take soda from home its much cheaper.. just a thought!

well, when you do go look for furniture, i suggest not 'rent to own', but the oak express, furniture row, denver mattress places. right now, they are doing up to two years with no interest, one year without payments, the catch is that if you dont pay off the COMPLETE total before that 'no interest' period is up, you are charged all the back interest. we set up our own little payment plan more than once to buy furniture. i also suggest that you find out if you have any relatives with old sturdy tables in their attics/basements. a tablecloth covers a lot of booboos. then updated chairs, which you can buy one at a time if need be if you dont want to set up a payment plan. i heavily suggest 'scratch and dent' furniture. see my blog for the deals we have found!

sorry you are feeling ill and not able to get in to the doctor. i have to be almost dying to go to the doctor. so i can imagine how i'd feel if i couldnt get in... i suggest finding a doctor's suite that has a group of doctors where someone can squeeze you in..

as for knitting, i've never done it, but i taught myself embroidery from the internet.. so.. you might be able to do the same, save the cost of the class and just buy materials? good luck!
