What kind of lawyer did she have? Did the teachers union support her on this? It sure seems like a good defense team could easily blow this case out of the water.

I don't understand how something like this could go this far? Her defence attorney couldn't get this thrown out of court? Is the physical evidence that hard to disput?Does someone benefit politically from this?
