Finally some good news from Canon. We may have to wait another year but at least the legal problems are finally over.

Fantastic news from Panasonic. I had a chance to review the Sony XEL-1 and it really is just a "concept TV" for early adopters. A large sized OLED is required to get this market segment going.

I haven't seen U2 3D yet and I look forward to doing so. I'm obviously a fan however.

240 fps is definitely overkill, but hey, why not?

I have to agree about the LED backlit LCD comment.

Unfortunately, the amount of time and money it's going to take for consumer ready OLED models will delay acceptance of this technology for at least a couple more years.

There's always SED TV and FED TV waiting for their turn in the spotlight...
