in Eat Locally AND Save Money on Organic and Pesticide-Free Groceries on Carrie and Danielle
organic produce should be made affordable, the only way for it to become such is that more farmers must be able to employ the "technique" therefore the prices will become competitive.

in The Vertical Farm Project on Reckon Blog
a very ambitious project. but it looks promising, from the depleting fertile lands the best solutions should be working with what we have and that is ingenuity.

in The best place on earth on the whinery
it IS beautiful. but many people will argue about that claim though. i personally think that where i am at IS THE BEST PLACE ON EARTH, that i think people from british columbia should visit my side of the planet for comparison.

in Muffins appeal to range of lifestyles | Consumer preferences on Modern Baking
a muffin is filling. you can grab it on the go, its a no-brainer breakfast that doesn't employ the use of utensils, it isn't even hard to clean up. i am not surprised that more and more people appreciate it.

in Is Amazon in Danger of Becoming the WallMart of the Cloud? on The Wisdom of Clouds
i agree, commercialism has invaded rural areas therefore "killing" town businesses. as much as we want to "save" them, there is also what we call "saving" money. the most logical thing is to probably go where the goods are cheap.

in Rural landowners to protest endangered species law by clear-cutting 100 sq km on Kitty Mowmow's Animal Expo
they should come to a settlement that would be beneficial to both landowners and animal advocates. i am pretty sure there are alternatives to the problem, one endangered bird versus a family's livelihood doesn't have a difficult solution.

mjschindler It's really hard to reach a mutually beneficial, reasonable compromise
in situations like this, but you're right - people should always try
to reach one.
