I've got two companies that are interested in SW but are shying away as they have to make their own aircraft fasteners. Compared to commercial fasteners the AN/MS A/C fasteners should be easier to create in toolbox. Maybe if enough people ask for the design tables it will become reality......
My pet peeve with existing libraries is as follows: After going through the selection process to get the right model I then have to manually enter information such as Description, Material, Vendor, Part Number, etc... There is nothing more frustrating than having 10 identical hardware components all named something different.
Why can't this selection information populate the configuration properties of the library model upon creation instead of the user's having to manually re-enter the same information used to select the part.
The reason Adobe 2D became so popular was the low overhead (read file size) that allowed the use of low-end machines and small emailed file sizes. The file sizes of the new 3D version of Adobe are pretty darn big.
