yea... but is it something you agree with? at the end of the day would you really suggest to your friends to vote democratic? i'm not saying I wont.... Im just saying there seems to be something about voting for dems that means you've given up on abortion and several other issues...

i've mentioned before that I think it should be the same response we would hope to have if living in germany under the nazi regime
absolute opposition
doing whatever it takes to undermine the process so as to stop the holocaust...

its murder and murder and murder, we cant solve it through more violence, but we cant be silent about it either.

hmm... a soft law as it is... i have a problem with the law that makes prostitution legal in las vegas...
i understand a "have nothing to do with these people"
i think it should be fought on the political front, but the more practical fight might be on the ground level at some kind of pregnancy center or something...

i dont have a good answer... but i definitely have a problem with the law being around at all... and am very saddened that the fight against the law had basically died out.

no seriously though... if this actually worked well I could set up a site which offered me EXACTLY the information I would be interested in...

ethically it may be a problem... but if you visit a site which obviously is doing this then you're not going to bookmark it. and if you cant tell - then enjoy it...

half of what we read online is just aggregation with comments...

I just couldn't find anything that satisfied my need for simple simple simple.
so i had to modify.

unfortunately i added so many things i fear ever needing to change...
(adding disqus, add to any, etc...)

but beauty is in simplicity and if you want that... you've gotta do it yourself.

while I dont disagree with you in principle, i do in practice.

going in to rid Iraq of a leader such as saddam was absolutely necessary. In the end there are probably just as many innocent people being killed as before he was ousted, but we cannot let the ends have justified the means. we had to do something.

i have a friend who was a gunner in the marines, he said he had to sit on top of a vehicle and gun people down that came too close to the caravan. frequently the combatants would use women and children as shields to get close, he had no choice but to gun them down.

there are several victims there, but evil is still at work...
i wish we could have gotten rid of saddam and never had a problem (i.e. the people all get along), but we live in a fallen world.

true freedom is freedom in christ. but freedom from oppression is something we WILL NOT experience in this life. it doesn't mean we cannot try.
