Thanks so much for the comment, Kevin. The White House has been a bit wishy washy but they have actually said they are interested in finding ways to ensure the amendment is enforced at least this is according to their Spokesperson.
"The White House, for its part, told HuffPost it supports the intent of the amendment and it is "working with the conferees to make sure that it is enforceable," said spokesman Tommy Vietor."
