What did is:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Go to tools, internet options - towards the bottom of the page on the left side is a box that is checked next to "enable protect mode", uncheck and hit apply.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Then I did exactly as discussed above - but instead of DOUBLE CLICKING FlashUtil9b I downloaded Flashutil10a. ran it as administrator. Then I turned back on my security on internet explorer - restarted my computer and got it to WORK FINALLY.
