ah man:) tottenham's preseason is looking pretty good so far. i have to admit i was very scared when i heard spurs had let go of robbie keane and that there are talks of the transfer of berbatov to manu, but with darrent bent ready for replacement and the team looking a lot stronger than before, im sure we'll make at least top 5 this year. GO YID ARMY!!!!
grats Tottenham. you are my second team after arsenal. Love the flavor that berbatov brings to the game, definitely on the short list of the best strikers in the world.
how can you love arsenal AND spurs at the same time?? wow...0-0;;

what? i thought it was a clear handball...
but dang, i've never experienced such long extra time halves. normally 2 minutes just goes like that but it was WAY too long.
go yid army! u deserved it this time.
Oh, it was a difficult match and we made it difficult for ourselves too especially in the first stages of the match.
It wasn't until Spurs goal that we really meant business. It was our wake up call. Without Vidic our backline was not as consistent as usual. Ferdinand and Vidic are the main two defenders and if one of them is missing, then there will be some problems.
Anderson should be played more oftenly. He is such a lively lad, and his best is yet to come. I'm still waiting for his first goal :)
Ronaldo's consistency is continuing and it seems as if there is no end for it - He is the best player of the world, he is the one scoring lots of goals and surely, Kaka doesn't even begin with him. No way man.
Another solid performance from Carrick and Hargreaves.. Rooney was lively once again but his goal never came. Tevez opened the score and his goal gave us courage to continue fighting for the win.
Nani... On the sidelines and not playing. Why? For me he is an awesome young lad, lots to see from him and sitting on the bench will do him no good.
The referee's decision to sent off Dawson was wrong and harsh. He did touch the ball by his hand but a penalty only was enough. It was a decision coming in our favour but it was not a decision that I agreed with. It was a penalty but not a sending off and this is something which was also said by Fergie.
Some people said that Tottenham deserved something more from this match.. Maybe they did, but we have this ability that can turn things in our favour even when we're not at our best or are having a bad day. Not many teams have this ability, but we have the players to score. So yeah, we deserved the win because at the last, we were the better side.
C'mon Redz!
i personally disagree with you on the dawson decision. if you watch the replay, he did seem to intentionally put his hand out while falling to the ground, and i think the ref made the right decision to give him at least a card (maybe the red was a little too harsh). dawson was being a complete idiot; at least give the keeper a chance at it. well, i thought that spurs deserved it because it was a stupid thing to do whether or not it was intentional or unintentional (again, i think it was intentional)

does everyone on this website support manu?! dang...well personally, i think that spurs could have done a much better job (e.g. the boys had a LOT of chances in scoring the fastbreaks. i almost cried when i saw jenas miss the 1:1 with the van..) but in the end, manu was going to win the game. it was evidential from the beginning of the game; spurs were simply not getting through the defense except once or twice (cheers to keane's beautiful goal & aaron's beautiful assist). keane and rooney seemed they were having a rough day, too. dawsin is an complete baffoon trying to clear the ball with his hand. RAMOS SHOULD NEVER PLAY DEFOE AGAIN. he's only dissapointed me the past three games... cheers, hope spurs win next match against everton.
