I agree but the person who is taking the advice has to try it atleast once to understand the result or take another path / startegy which in itself can be first time.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Here I am trying to understand and want to be careful while passing on my knowledge / heuristic to my subordinates and not put them / project / organization in a damaging situation :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Anyway topic has made me to think.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Regards,&lt;br&gt;Dinkar</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Dinkar Ghorpade</dc:creator><pubDate>Sat, 09 Aug 2008 13:59:16 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
