Well said, Randy!! I agree with you. If only Elton John, Adam Lambert, and so many others would come to know Christ as their life - what a testimony THAT would be. I pray for these guys. I love their music but knowing what we know about them compels me to pray. Meanwhile, I can certainly recognize that God has, indeed, given these people an amazing gift.

Hey Lori - great post. I doubt any of us will get through this life *without* being misunderstood, but that's okay. The One we answer to is the Lord, not everyone else. Thanking God for His grace and growth in your life, and I'm so glad you listened to His nudges concerning your husband. The Holy Spirit is never wrong:-) Sometimes we're too motivated by what others think, rather than what He's prompting us to do...and I'm still learning it's better to abide in Him than to rush ahead to "do." ♥

Oh that's too funny. I'm not privy to the latest slang, being another empty nester. My granddaughter cracks me up, though. Whenever I accidentally do something cool, she's the first to jump up & shout, "ROCK ON, Gigi!!"

As far as Amazon goes, I've mainly ordered books there, and once I ordered Benecol Chews for my cholesterol issues...lol...I don't order clothes online but would be interested in magazines or jewelry components for beading since I'm working on that in my spare time.

My poor brain is quite impressionable when it comes to gruesome, scary, and violent - I'm definitely prone to nightmares.
