in Why You Should Nofollow Your Blog Comments? on Andy Beard - Internet Business Systems Discussion
I can sure understand people not wanting to put comments in when there is not contribution to the conversation .
What I don't understand is people who call whatever you have to say "spam" when you have taken the time and effort to write relevant content to your comments.
I happen to like to read a lot of blogs (esp. real estate blogs) since I am in real estate.
I also like to read anything I can find on writing a blog as I think this would be a very interesting way to make a living. from what I see there are more interesting comments , that are way more contributive, in the do follow blogs. although I have seen some comments with a line or two of random words that make no sense, that is where I would also draw the line as spamming.
I think I'll make my blog a "do follow" or "No No follow" (I don't know if there is a difference yet)
because it should attract good comments.

in The House is Permeated by Unspeakable Evil: Video of the Week #21 on The Phoenix Real Estate Guy
I love this clip. It's really funny when the first thing to pop into your mind is your mother in law. It's what I wanted to comment about but I see someone beat me to it. Dave

in New Jersey Association of Realtors: No To Rebates on Go Beyond MLS
I believe that cash rebates in real estate ought to be banned due to the fact that it takes the real out of real estate.
It keeps the tax level high while reducing the actual level of the property , hurting the buyer.
It reduces the amount received for the property , hurting the seller.
It smells like three day old fish. Dave

Vlad Zablotskyy Dave,

I am with you on this, not only because I am a former real estate agent....

If I had to buys or sell now, I would avoid any agent that has ever offer
rebates. My house is worth more than that.

in How To Use Perks and Rewards in Startups to Get The Best Talent on Instigator Blog
I have to say that it isn't how much you work but how intelligently you work that matters on a start up.
using people who are smart enough to budget their time, and stick with the program counts for a lot more than someone who bangs their head against the wall for extended periods of time.
