in When Customer Service Ends & Frustration Begins on blog.JacobBurke
Amen to good customer service. Today, Typepad has fallen to the bottom of my list. It might be time to migrate to Wordpress like this one Jacob.

You can read my Typepad frustration here if you are so inclined.

in You Mean, You Don’t Have a Favicon? on Duct Tape Marketing
Lol, I hate how comments and email tend towards sarcasm when none was intended. I was actually serious..."very readable" IS going to impress my 8th grade english teacher.

You see, I'm good friends with my 8th grade english teacher. He was a small influence on my getting involved with website design and internet marketing several years ago. He taught me more about writing than anyone I've ever met, and encouraged in the direction of using those skills on the internet.

Looking back on the comment, it totally sounds sarcastic, but it was quite sincere. I agree that "very readable" IS a great compliment. This tells me that a post on "what you right may not be taken the way you meant it" might be in order.

Cheers.
