Ditto to tyduffy and ossie, read the book on holiday in spain two years ago. Loved it and it's great stories, yet was left completely perplexed with it's failed attempts at grander meaning.

The day a satellite or cable TV provider in the US dedicates limited and expensive HD bandwidth to a channel that relatively no one watches is a long long long long long way off.
Regarding the main post, Setanta really needs to get on cable. ITVN's shaky connection doesn't cut it for the non-directv subscriber.

What's the highest weekly wage in the premiership right now? Maybe Ballack at £160k?
Sure, Beckham's marketing worth may be invaluable, but in sheer footballing value I can't see how he's worth more than £70k a week. So that leaves £425k a week for his poster boyness. Lunacy.

FSC needs to stop adding their in-house production to the feed. Watching a premiership match on Setanta is so much better with live pre-game, half, and post-game footage from the site of the match. You get a much better feel for the atmosphere of the match and much better analysis. Not to mention the low quality of Fox's production. Consistently wrong line-up displays, Ugly graphics, and horrible pronunciations. Highberry anyone?
