Nice to see the smaller people getting some exposure. I'm sure giants you're dropping won't mind too much. ;) I've actually done the same thing on my blog - any 'biggies' I want to link to will go in my links pages rather than in my sidebar.

Definately after. I think Yahoo! announced that a few days ago didn't they? Gmail only upped the storage today as far as I'm aware.

There is a suggestion I've seen on the forums that would solve that for you, and that is to change the link to point to the WP support forums instead, where the source code is and always has been clean.

That way you can still support the project without being associated with any of this.

They have apparently doubled account space to 2gb though, which is nice. :)

Not that I'm really in a position to comment, I tend to just write what I feel like writing. I don't particularly focus on quality, though I do try not to get too silly. If I've nothing to say I just don't make a post.

I don't see anything wrong with your ads. I like adsense, might put it on my blog one day. It's totally inobtrusive as you say.

(Btw, that site you give as a bad example is actually breaking the adsense rules, you're only allowed to have one adsense banner per page).

I think it's disgusting that pets are pretty much being engineered to suit prospective owners. These are living beings, not fashion accessories.
