in Yazsoft announces major Speed Download 5 Upgrade for Mac OS X on BabyGotMac
Be very careful before making unfounded accusations and/or taking sides. From what I gather, the people that are complaining do it because they are too cheap to pay the $15 upgrade. Also from the MacHeist forums its becoming more clear that MH may be at fault for not clearly defining the terms of the promo in an official agreement. Who does a million dollar promo without a written agreement???

Practice what you peach , Jay! You've just made a totally unfounded accusation about MacHeist users being cheap and another about MH defining the terms of the agreement. And why should you pay twice for the same product?

Please be aware of the current problems surrounding Yazsoft's upgrade policy before deciding to do business with them.

They have used a "bait and switch" scam tactic to try and extract money from MacHeist customers.

in A Review of Online Photo Services on firsttube.com
I would strongly recommned Zenfolio too. It really is in a class of it's own. It's not free but it's very good value considering how sophiticated their current service is. And there are plans for a Premium service, expected before the holidays 2007 for additional pro features.

Grab a free trial account and check it out. If you are serious about your photos you won't go back to Flickr or it's peers.

Money saving coupons for Zenfolio and other paid photo hosts are avaialble here:

in 2006/11/02/top-10-photo-sites-on-myspace/ on Mashable - The Social Media Guide
As with a lot of things the best ones aren't free. Flickr has some serious competition these days. The best sites in my opinion are SmugMug and Zenfolio. Both have free trial options available so you can test it out before you part with your cash.

They also offer discounts with referral codes:

Or Zenfolio (seriously cool)
http://www.zenfolio.com

Referral Code:

Zenfolio probably has the edge on user interface but SmugMug has got a better upgrade path and allows you to sell your own photos.
