Indirect costs : Lawyer (+/- $5k)... and then, plane tix... etc

But, you have to "invest" the money and prove that it is on a US bank account when you apply!

Am not around and can't stop by, but wish you good "settlement".
I pay only 300$ for an office with everything for up to 5 persons. Thailand is cheap :) (there is no printer-scanner though, I had to bring mine).

What is this new business by the way?

Je trouve que ce qui est difficile quand on gere une boite francaise depuis l'etranger c'est de travailler avec les prestataires et l'administration : comptable, banque, secu, ass vieillesse, mutuelle, etc. Eux ne sont pas prets du tout !
