Just because most American sports are boring and they need stupid breaks doesn't mean that the beautiful game does too.

This is just another example of ESPN ruining their coverage of something.

Did anyone else catch the fans chanting for "Brennan" and one of the announcers saying - "I think they're chanting for Landon Donovan"

Unreal folks.

I think you have to view it differently.

It explains so much of what we were wondering about Donovan's performance, and yet he still had some strong moments on the pitch.

Not necessarily Jordan's performance in Utah, but how many people do you know would take the pitch in front of 105,000 enemies in high alititude while feeling like Donovan must have.

Certainly changes my perspective on the day.
