I have Dropbox installed on two OSX Macs, one Vista, and two XPs, and it works just as described. I'm sure I'm only scratching the surface of the capabilities, but if I save a document into my public dropbox on any of the machines, I can retrieve that version of the doc from any of my other machines , just by opening the file. Apparently I can also do retrievals via a web interface, but I haven't got around to trying that yet. I've been wanting to be able to do this for years. No more uploading files to some server just in case I'll need one of the files on some other system. I anticipate keeping all my documents in my dropbox so I can always get what I need from anywhere.

Keep up the good work, guys!

Re: iPhone Firmware 2.0 Update: Geotagging!

Do you think Rogers will only support the 3G iPhone, or will first generation Edge iPhones begin to work in Canada?

Re: http://www.iphoneincanada.ca/iphone-news/att-releases-iphone-3g-pricing-rogers-listen-and-learn/

BEWARE ROGERS RIPOFF ROAMING RATES

I have a non-jailbreaked 1st gen iPhone. When I go to Canada, I get charged $0.79/min voice roaming, $0.50/SMS AND $0.015 / KB for web access. It's very easy to run up huge charges. Not clear how much of this is AT&T and how much is Rogers, but it's my guess that ol' Ted thinks he needs to buy more cars, houses, pools, planes, etc.

Re: Has Facebook’s Defining Hour Arrived?

Sell! And if you raise taxes, all you'll do is drive investments to lower tax jurisdictions (as California has been proving for years).

We have to cut spending like right away!

Re: Is California setup for a brain drain?

Amazing how all these eggheads come here, vote democrats into office, then leave when the business climate tanks due to red tape and high taxes.

Re: Is California setup for a brain drain?

I think the problem liberals have with 1% paying 50% of the taxes is that it's not enough.

Liberals will not be satisfied until the top 10% pay 100% of the taxes, and the taxes are 10x greater than they are now, in order to fund a plethora of liberal-designated pipe dreams.
