This Country is hemorrhaging money at every conceivable opening, the majority of defense contractors are akin to pigs at the tax dollar trough.
On the other end of this spectrum, as a small contractor submitting ideas in a BBA, the contractor is required to jump through multiple hoops to prove a concept.

The troops serving overseas in this war are the Heroes of this country, they took the job, they serve their term and then some.
After a serviceman takes an oath to defend our country to the death, this country and this government would have the consideration to ensures after service benefit are place, have flexibility to withstand the changes in current and future educational economics.
This bill is not just to honor the fallen soldiers and all branches of DOD; this is to honor the sacrifice that all servicemen have made not just to this country, but to themselves.

in Big Oil Defends Profits on The Washington Independent
The real answer is:
We will see progress on issues like energy, health care, unemployment, social security to name a few problems facing this nation on a daily basic when this self-serving congress and senate does their jobs.
The dog and pony show is all that we will get for this government.... They cannot work together and they are not working for "You".
With record profits, this government should be damn sure they are collecting all of the taxes that are due to the government, instead of throwing our money at them....Constant cycle Stupidity

the Pentagon has to start and think about how it spends the dollar it is allocated each year. The tanker contract for instance; Northrop has offered the Air Force a better deal even if the major parts are made overseas and the mission critical parts are installed in country.
Boeing is so bent out of shape it is attacking it own industry. If Boeing gets cut out of this program, they have billions of dollars coming in on countless other contacts
