I agree , social media and web 2 sites are very good to drive traffic to your site and its free. And if you hit the frontpage of digg expect some serious traffic.

I guess there should be an non-physical version of this too. E-book are much easier to read and you can get it almost instantly.I have heard good reviews about the book though.
