I especially liked the "would/wouldn't" distinctions. You've focused in on a big black hole related to customer discovery: the actual surfacing of insights.

I have an audacious goal to develop an AI system that help with some of your stages listed above. For example, 'coding' and 'clustering' could be done by tracking off known concepts and accounting for frequency.

I would LOVE to connect with you, either verbally or via email to get your thoughts. I know we're headed into the holidays, but I'd love to set up some time? I figured that Squiggle was good b/c it was basically like presence and it made it easy for ad-hoc gatherings. Zoom seems to be more like "traditional" video/web conferencing (if such a thing can be said to exist). What prompted the change?

Re: The Joys and Benefits of Working as a Distributed Team

(I'm not a buffer employee, but here's my thoughts on the difference)

Hangouts is good for "ok, at 10am let's all get on this hangout and be fully engaged. Here is the link to the hangout". Squiggle is more like unified communications with presence, where you can pull together the people you want to meet with at any moment. It seems more like how we meet in person in an office, with ad-hoc gatherings.

Re:

I was accustomed to sharing my desktop when I presented, and then once when I guest-spoke they pre-loaded my slides and it just took a few moments to orient myself. It's always nice to get that out of the way BEFORE the participants log in... :-)

Re: Audio Conferencing on the Go: New Mobile App - Michelle Nikolayevsky's ReadyTalk Blog | ReadyTalk

Love the app!
