It only took a couple of lackluster games early in the season for him to seemingly turn on Fagúndez, publicly accusing the winger of not living up to his new contract even though Wolff himself had a large role in offering it.

I wonder if Wolff thinks he's living up to his new contract with the appalling cup results.

One of the reasons I live here is because we don't have that kind of weather during soccer season. Johnny come lately? I started playing in 1976, I was an NASL fan (Washington Dips) in the early 80s and have bee a fan of the game ever since seeing MLS and USMNT all over the country.

Maybe we should never walk on eggshells - I was in NYC on 9/11 and I was happy as hell when things started getting back to "normal". I remember hearing that radio stations were not playing songs like Drowning Pool's "Let The Bodies Hit The Floor" in the aftermath. I would have much rather heard that than "Hero" from Enrique Iglesias.

Take a look at Slaughter Lane - it's about 10 miles south of downtown Austin, and there is an Alamo there. Plus, rents are way more affordable than being closer to downtown.

I enjoyed your discussion - the feedback after each conference is where we have the choice to select the locations of the future Affiliate Summits, and we actually have a heavier share of the CPS people providing feedback usually.

As far as those people who do "LobbyCon" and don't get a pass, we have a short form on our site for affiliates to request a complimentary pass.

We have been toying around with different formats, timing, etc. with the RevShare Roundup, and it will be different (in ways I think you'll like) in NYC.

With the layout of the Meet Market and Exhibit Hall, the spots are reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so we think it would be a disservice to the people booking early if they were all in a similar area of the industry and they got lesser spots.

Uber didn't stop operating outside of the Austin city limits (a good amount of Austin addresses are outside city limits), but many of the drivers moved on to other companies, so it became really difficult to get a ride.

"That will provide an opportunity for a local entrepreneur to provide a fair and honest company where both drivers & riders are treated fairly."

For some reason, that magical solution didn't quite work out in Austin - Fare, Fasten, GetMe, RideAustin, etc. tried to fill the void, and still have not.

I use ridesharing companies regularly in Austin, and most of the drivers are looking forward to Lyft and Uber returning.

I was curious about this, too - I've been writing content for affiliate sites for many years, and the content came first, then relevant affiliate links were created from the existing text. I never put a label on it, such as native advertising, but it seems to fit.

Native advertising has always made sense to me as a consumer. While so many marketers were wigging out about ad blockers and other hurdles for marketers and advertisers, I welcomed it. Nobody ever wanted to be deluged by ads - they want answers to their questions and solutions to their problems.
