I think trac sucks, really, I find the fact of managing a web application from a command line, really primitive... Either the developers suck, they don't have time to things the right way, or they need some programming classes... there's other much better software out there.
I recommend you DokuWiki+Bugzilla+Subversion Web Interface or even better the relatively new kid in the block RedMine.
