in Startup: The Psychological Factor on Sproutly
interesting thoughts. #4 is especially true. When you're working at your home. You mix work, your personal errands, youtube browsing all in front of your desk. And since your startup always got work to do, you're stuck there. You get burnt out once in a while and wasted time on youtube or constantly refreshing your gmail. It's hard to balance that.

in Writing [Statistics] on How To Split An Atom
Interesting, the new communication tools (texts, emails, IM, and the newest is twitter) make most of our writing informal. It's not necessarily a bad thing, perhaps it even encourages information flow and exchanges of ideas.
People before Gutenberg probably thinks our writing is so casual too, and that's because paper and ink is so cheap now, and we can easily edit if we don't like what we've just written.

The site is pretty generic, and lots of info are really short and not useful. The site I'm building, Ledova, http://www.ledova.com, is providing much more focused, and detailed information for the job-seekers. We've figured ways to verify whether a user actually works at that company, and we're rolling it out soon.

Pretty nice list. I'm also starting a Job Hunting 2.0 site called Ledova. And it could help users to choose the company with the culture they really like. Check it out www.ledova.com
