in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2.0 Camera Calibration on Camera Dojo
after i install the profile,i stil cant use ,no idea wat happen,any sugestion?

You have to be using Lightroom 2.0 and RAW or DNG files. It will not work with JPEG files.
