in Nemawashi and Nominal Group Technique on lean & six-sigma
When leading NGT I use post its and follow your process with a slight deviation. We write them all down and then put them on the wall. Someone reads them aloud (no discussions) and then we have another round of writing. This is very powerful when there is dominating personalities in the group or even a bunch of shy, quiet people. Great topic Rob. Nice job.
