You stll have a choice. I will write in Ron Paul, becuase I will choose my candiudate, not have it chosen for me. I will write in Ron Paul, becuase my vote for him will be my statement to the parties that I WILL NOT COMPLY. PERIOD.

Adams said it best

“Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.”

Re: Kucinich Blocked From The Democratic Debate

I am sorry to hear that has happened, the more voices you remove from the conversation the less chance of a successful answer to the debate.

The Democrats and the Republicans are the oppositie sides of the same bad coin.

Both talk big-tent party, but their actions state otherwise

Both talk about representing the people but they are puppets of the ever expanding corporacracy whether it's Military Ind, Unions, Big Pharma, Big Agri, or whatever.

They can both go to hell for all I care .. my disgust for them has been cemented for the ages.

Cawdor
Ron Paul Precinct Captain
Nevada

Re: Ron Paul: It’s The Tea Party, Please Donate

"Not super detailed, but I know you raised the question before."

On Ron paul's campaign website under media you can watch the 30 minute INFOMERCIAL that will be played in Iowa on Dec 22-23

It is very good and if successful, I can see hime playing this in the other big delegate states

Re: Paul Basically Says Obama the Best of the Three Candidates

Obama is a war-mongering socialist. The economy is driven by the "invisible hand" of the market (Thank You Adam Smith). Any attempts to "control" the economy will lead to more booms and bubbles as we have experienced in the last 40 years because of the Federal Reserve's "attempt" to control the economy once we went off the gold standard..

Just as the floods in the Midwest show we cannot control the flow of river, we cannot control the flow of the market. The less we attempt to manipulate the market, the less severe the booms and busts will be (with th exception of natural disasters and the like) and more even flow of growth can be expected.

The only thing we need to do is to ensure the currency we use is backed by something tangible besides 1s and 0s

Due to our hubris, humans have the need to control everything that affects them without taking the time to realize that sometimes the best plan is to do nothing and just be prepared.

Re: What Really Happened in Georgia

Ron Paul predicted this back in 2002

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ya6JfFK_lYQ

Re: More Variation in State IQ Scores = A More Democratic State

I have noticed that these high IQ states also have the worse economies and were completely suckered by the fallacy of the fiat/debt

Maybe what we need is a common sense based score

Re: Justice League: Who Will Be Cast as Wonder Woman?

2 words

Julie Strain

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001781/

Standing at 6'1'' (6' 3') with heels she fits the part. Hardly something we would call conservative.

As for being afraid, being free and having liberty and the responsibility of yuourself is scary, which is why most Americans are more then happy to let the government run their lives.

It's easier to bitch about the system then to go it alone.
