Doree I've been reading you on the internet for some time; I think you are smart and funny and a great writer, so why are you using Myanmar instead of Burma? If you call it Myanmar you acknowledge the junta's right to be in control. Thus, the BBC and others like the State Dept. make a conscious political choice to use Burma. Do not acknowledge the right of these murderous thugs to hijack a country. Please. Burma not Myanmar.
