We are immune to sorrow and suffering-we do not deign to stretch out a pudgy hand to the starved, starved for love and peace and brotherhood. Great God what on earth are we doing! At one time I blamed God for the suffering in the world, blamed him for sitting back and watching, maybe laughing. I weep to find his people doing the same. Where is the Jesus that once walked the earth?
