I use to be a ACDT (Apple Tech) for CompUSA before they went under. I can tell you that Apple does a great job of acting quickly to resolve issues. They will ship parts in record time. It really is the best computer company.

I have noticed that Apple will bring out a product and miss the simplest things on the first try. Why can a mobile computing platform not handle picture messaging? Come on Apple, We love you, but what is going on?

I am glad to see the bump in memory. I just wish 3G would come out. I have been waiting to buy an iPhone just because of this feature.

I am starting to think I should get a 3G phone other than the iPhone. Apple needs to fix these features or risk loosing the masses they have gained. Maybe the 3G will have all the improvements built into it?
