Thanks for the kind words, Greg! I'm having a blast putting together these hyper-local vlogs and it also helps in other ways not mentioned in your post. I do not charge these businesses to create these videos, so they are very grateful for the free exposure. I allow them to use the videos however they like (with my branding on it of course). Joe sees customers all day in his shop. Do you think if the topic of real estate comes up, and someone asks for a referral, Joe might remember me? I will send you the next one once the editing is complete....Thanks again!

Hyper Hypocritical

I got this awesome beach cooler from Pottery Barn (I think???) and the front pocket actually unzips to reveal two speakers and a place for your iPod. The speakers are boosted by 4 AA batteries. Pretty decent audio as well! But the coolest thing is that you know how places will monogram things for you with 3 letters? Instead of my three initials, my 5-year old thought it was obvious that the monogramming on the cooler should be "D-A-D"

Cold beverages, tunes and D-A-D....I'm set for a few years with that one! Thanks guys!

Great post Chris. I'm a local (MA) real estate guy, relatively new to real estate sales and new to incorporating video into my marketing. My company, Century 21, is trying to sow ow 2.0 they are and jumping into video with their latest national YouTube contest (www.youtube.com/century21).

Where's the list of concept drinks that was left on the cutting room floor the day Chelada was born? The Malt Chocolate: Colt 45 and chocolate milk? And I thought those Canadian ketchup flavored Lays were sacrilege....this takes that idea one horrible step further. How about washing down our ketchup flavored Lays with a cool sixer of Cheladas Saturday night, Noodads? Let's go Pats!!!

I agree that Jarritos belongs in the Top 3 as well. Washed down a Boca Grande burrito supreme with a mandarin just last night.
