The Motrin.com site didn't crash... the folks at Johnson & Johnson pulled the content which offended their customers.

I think if Netflix fixes things by the weekend, they'll be ok. But I give them props for how open and transparent they have been with media. Apple could learn from their approach to crisis management. Here's my take:
