I have not been backing up my phots as often as I should. When I do, I usually burn a disk and then back that up and store them in two different place. I print less and less as the years go by, but I find I miss the old fashioned photo slbum you sit on the couch and browse.

Is it completely sad that I still hand-ad the nofollow? I have been careful about where I link and have gone back and removed the follows on several links. Maybe one day I'll need a tool to help me, but for now I just hand edit.

I'm not a huge fan of having to put up with ads either, but I do appreciate the brilliant ones. I think ads reflect our society so well and if I had to keep a time capsule, I would gather up ads before I added books or movies or TV shows.

I've become so dependent on my internet connection for work and for school that I can go down 5 mood levels when my router fries. It's a sad commentary./

I always seemed to have to do tech support at my old job. I was the head of the graphic design dept and I suppose people just equated that with knowing what I was doing. :)

Amazingly cute. I love little dogs. I used to live next door to a family who had the cutest pug and they absolutely neglected it We used to feed her and give her flea meds. I really kind of regret not taking her with me when I moved.

I feel very very good about the fact that I never gave in and blogged negatively abotu them. I wanted to wait it out and see what went down. I had done 7 jobs with them over time and been paid in a timely manner for each of them, so it confused me that people were having such issues with them. I sincerely hope they can overcome the violent blast of bad publicity they received!

I started to be shocked, but then I looked back over the list and thought about it again. I can think of a lot of things I find more important than my cellphone, but nothing on that list is one of those things. At least, not for the time being ;)

My daughter is 4 and also becoming quite computer savvy. Of course, I have her believeing we can only get to Nickjr on the Library computer. :) Saves me from having her play the games here at home constantly.

I'd love to see more information on the idea that search engines are ignoring nofollow. That's a compelling thought.

As for this little plugin: I think all things begin small. We have no idea how much of an impact it will make until some time passes and things happen, or don't happen. In the meantime, I think it's worth my time to blog about it tomorrow.

I Floow, but I don't care for those massive dofollow lists. I see it kind of like karma. What I give will come back to me in good ways in the end,

I only have one site where Adsense work well and I use borderless. I have not added contextual ads to my blogs yet. I have to wait and see more trends in my traffic.

Most of the people I have met in real life after meeting them online have been pretty close to what they have portrayed. But, those have mostly been regular freindships.

I'm paranoid, though, about the types of people my daughter might one day meet online. You can bet I will indeed spy on her online activity and I will feel zero guilt in doing so.

But, one of my static sites estimated at $12,915.00

I have no qualms whatsoever about leaving the meat of a comment and stripping out the URL and even a company name. It's a lot of additional work for me, bu i actually mod all comments right now. I really do need to get a good spam filter system in place, but I read reviews for each of them and it seems that genuine comments sometimes sift into the spam catch.

The more I read your articles, the more I think I need to trust your input and just go ahead and try adding Adsense to my blog. I use Adsense on several of my static sites, but it only performs well one one and even thn it's only about $500 a month.

I've been using Adsnese since the beginning and have never received a gift :( I always feel a little overlooked. I must prefer the customer service over at Yahoo, but I was never able to get their system to properly integrate with the subject matter of my sites, therefore resulting in a low CTR.

I imagine eventually there will be some formal distinction made as to whether or not blogs should be seen as news outlets. That is a fine line the blogger was treader, but perhaps less fine if they actually got into the game using press credentials. If they got in that way, they shoud have absolutely known better about live broadcast rights.

I saw a huge difference in my numbers with the release of the new too bar, too. And, not for the better I must add.

I question how valid Alexa rankings wil continue to be when it comes to determining the value of the the traffic to a website. We are still looking at the fact that the only traffic counted is the traffic associated with a tool bar.
