I love the new technology, but honestly I sometimes just sit back, sigh, and yearn for the days of giant, plastic, rotary dial phones with short curly cords.

I always seemed to have to do tech support at my old job. I was the head of the graphic design dept and I suppose people just equated that with knowing what I was doing. :)

Amazingly cute. I love little dogs. I used to live next door to a family who had the cutest pug and they absolutely neglected it We used to feed her and give her flea meds. I really kind of regret not taking her with me when I moved.

Is it completely sad that I still hand-ad the nofollow? I have been careful about where I link and have gone back and removed the follows on several links. Maybe one day I'll need a tool to help me, but for now I just hand edit.

It's funny what pushes each of us over the edge. I am assuming it takes a whole lot more for most of us than it does for the oddly-psychotic Hilton heiress. I've become so dependent on my internet connection for work and for school that I can go down 5 mood levels when my router fries. It's a sad commentary./

It just seems like have always been and will always be, you know? They never sound old and yet they keep leading the mob when it comes to sound.

I feel very very good about the fact that I never gave in and blogged negatively abotu them. I wanted to wait it out and see what went down. I had done 7 jobs with them over time and been paid in a timely manner for each of them, so it confused me that people were having such issues with them. I sincerely hope they can overcome the violent blast of bad publicity they received!

I'm not a huge fan of having to put up with ads either, but I do appreciate the brilliant ones. I think ads reflect our society so well and if I had to keep a time capsule, I would gather up ads before I added books or movies or TV shows.
