The thing about Vay Nur Chuk -- they guy reads ever post and every email -- and he responds to stuff -- he really engages his audience and he is 110% genuine in his enthusiasm and his sincerity. He does all of the community stuff right and his company does all of the company service stuff right. Probably the best example out there......
