Formerly blessed by your worship leading at Sandals, now by your ragamuffin soul. Found your blog through Dan Lance. God bless!

Re: Ragamuffin Soul » Stuck In My Head

I'm a nerd so I looked up the linguistic history of the word "integrity." The English version of the word is not actually that old (circa 1450), but the Latin root is from a LONG time ago and means "soundness, wholeness." It's connected to the word "integer." Integrity as a "moral" quality, that meaning got added on later. Anyway, "wholeness" as a quality for your church leaders, that's pretty cool. Like the church system, they can't be perfect, but they can be whole. Sinners... broken...healed by Christ...honest. Whole.

Re: Ragamuffin Soul » Every Night

I like that new sekalF narB cereal you're rockin.'

My vice used to be Mother's Iced Oatmeal Cookies and cold milk. I've replaced it with a glass of red wine and a piece of dark chocolate. Every night.

I don't like red wine that much but I'm trying. Heard it helps the Frenchies be healthy even though they pound, like, goose fat every day.

Re: Ragamuffin Soul » ZZZZZZzzzzzzzz

I sacrifice one hour of my day for an actual nap to reclaim the productivity in the rest of my day.

Re: Ragamuffin Soul » I Cried A Good Cry

Your last night at Sandals was my 3rd or 4th. I was so bummed that you left. I was really blessed by my short time worshipping with you. But I remain blessed by your transparency and God is doing things in you I'm sure that were not possible here. God bless you and your family!

Re: reef creatures

Dude, that is awesome. I grew up with a family addicted to salt-water tanks. This is in your house I assume? You need to have me over for dinner.
