in A Crash Course in Comments on Chris Brogan
Chris,
I appreciate you, I appreciate your reminders. I haven't been as diligent as I was when I first paddled out to surf the social and new media wave. Your post reminded me to start getting barreled, to flash a shaka to someone who wrote a great post and give, give, give.
Aloha,
NEENZ.

Thanks for the end-of-the-year, middle-of-the-weekend, motivational boost! I know you said "the day after..." but for me, my tomorrow began yesterday :)

I believe this could be the flicker of light in our dim economy. Wonderful post.

in The Importance of Risk on Chris Brogan
My life is one big calculated risk! Calculated being the operative word. It's my personality to "go for it" to DO rather than TRY or TALK, it's not living if we haven't taken risks. Of course, I never forget to make sure that I approach my risks, my decisions with a good heart.
One of the most gratifying risks, is when someone takes a risk on me -- and the goal is accomplished.
Chris, in the little less than a year since *discovering* you, you've shown me awesome examples of your calculated risks approached with a good heart.

I <3 CHRISBROGAN.COM!
This post will either have thousands of people "getting to know you" before their next press release or removing you from their bulk address book. Is it so hard to say hello these days? With email, Skype, IM, ooVoo, comments, Twitter -- all types of conversations are going on to get to know someone.
My two pennies.
Aloha,

in When not talking about Twitter, what do you do in life? on spinfocalypse
Eric,
That's what I <3 about you, no matter the subject you bring it back to flesh and bone -- being a human!
I live in Hawaii so it would be a complete waste if I didn't have a life outside of the walls of the internet. Coaching a youth basketball team, surfing (not 'net ocean waves) and hopefully soon tai chi! Professionally, I am working on a few business ideas that include the youth, promoted on the 'net but won't require being plugged in.
Since this is somewhat of a confessional, I cannot have enough legal sized pads of paper or graph paper and sharpened #2 pencils!
Hey what about your video ventures? Too plugged in, doesn't qualify for this topic?
Aloha,
NEENZ

in My overly irritating $80 Wordpress theme adventure on spinfocalypse
The support forum is growing for Revolution Theme, including Pro Media. http://www.revolutiontheme.com/support/
I've been playing around with Rev Pro Media since purchasing it a few months ago. One thing I've seen many people overlook (and me too!) at the time of installation is activating all of the plug ins that came with the theme. If the answers you're looking for are not in the forums, you may want to ask Shane of http://www.barefeetstudios.com/ whom has also been using Rev Pro Media.
Hope this helps!

I finally FINALLY got it worked out but on another site. I'll stick to this theme here. So you'll see Revolution elsewhere. Documentation is weird and forums are just ick, but got it solved eventually.
