in Video Chat with the Logitech Quickcam Pro on blog.jr.com
Nice site, lots of useful content, i have just given it a Digg. I have one of these cameras and while the QuickCam software isn't optimized for Macs, so you're left without the audio and video optimization technology and, less importantly, the goofy video effects and filters. But overall the camera offers a winning combination of stellar image quality, easy-to-use software, and a sturdy, stable stand. It gets my vote...

Certainly, mortgage refinancing can help you create a better financial picture for yourself. But to get the most out of your refinance, you'll need to conduct plenty of research to arm yourself with the necessary refinancing information. There are going to be upwards of two million properties lost to foreclosure in the next 18 - 24 months. That horse has already bolted! The short sale process is a responsible answer to help mitigate most of these situations. In the current climate of economic uncertainty the decision to refinance should not be made in haste. The situation helps both the foreclosing bank and the defaulting homeowner. So fasten your belts as we are in for a rocky ride! Anyway I have bookmarked your site with del.icio.us as I plan to drop by again.

in Using Social Media for Social Good on Chris Brogan
Social networks focus on the number of friends the individual has and highlight the differences between individuals in such a factual form that it is no longer possible to "blend in" to society, you either "fit in" or you don't. There is no provision for partial anonymity, especially if they are not the one controlling the content and therefore a person can be more easily picked out and victimised both online and in person. I do find it odd that people refer to their 2,000 myspace "friends". I think this redefines the traditional meaning of friends. Certainly not the definition I am familiar with. Does this devalue the meaning of friendship? almost definitely. Does it lead to antisocial behavior, possible. As people dispense with their on line "friends" like used goods, so too may the dispense with real friends.
