I'm with Scoble on this. I don't like the locking down of information on Facebook and I don't have the voice that he does, therefore, I think he is at the very least making facebook re-examine some of the issues brought up. Sadly we need A-listers sometimes to raise issues and help us "z-listers" to be heard.

I see little difference between a laptop and a tv, since they are both the same in our house! I also just received an invite and I have to say that it's a big failure! No content availble here in Spain! When will be media realize the internet has no borders. The only way for me to get the majority of the shows they offer is through torrents, which I'm sure they are not happy with but they leave us no choice! Talk about failing to take advantage of a great opprotunity....

Ah if only the wineries here in Spain would open up their doors so that they could be rude! :) Turns out Spain is still learning about this idea of wine tourism, and well, I only hope they see articles like this before they fully grasp it. Nice post.

Annoying, how can anyone think this would even be remotely accurate. My test yielded results that had nothing to do with my tastes. At all...not to mention when I went to the page where the type of tasters are described, I fit in each one to some extent depending on the day.

There is no ONE WINE for me or anyone else, and those that say so are doing the industry a diservice. Diversity is what makes wine so special, reducing it to this is just sophomoric.

My two cents... ;)

PS, how can you not like sweet wines? they put them in there own category, if I read it right i have to like big cabs and not sweets or sweets and not big cabs! UGH!

Will be in the US for a week for a conference and would love a special lens to play with. Would love to have Canon EF 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6L IS for walking around the vineyards, and shooting at workshops. If I had the money I'd own it, since I don't and if I don't win, maybe i'll rent one for the week anyways.
