This article is bullshit. No way in hell Audi is going to put a 1.4l engine putting out 200hp. While 1.4l is more than enough to make 200hp, this would be a warranty nightmare for Audi. Most auto makers like to stick around the 100hp per L mark and I would expect this to be the same for this car if there will be such a thing as an S1

What they did was legal, as far as asking to search your car. Because it was a border situation, no warrant is required for a search. When the dog hit on your car, it did give them probable cause to search the car, which they didn't even need because of the above reason. So all in all, even though they were being dicks about explaining it to you, they were justified in their requests, which you blatantly disregarded.

As far as the cops were concerned, you were being uncooperative. This does not, however, justify them beating you once you were tased, since you were pretty much unable to do anything at that point.

In my opinion, you're both in the wrong.
